The Bay Area Roofing & Waterproofing Apprenticeship Program is jointly sponsored by the Associated Roofing Contractors of the Bay Area Counties, Inc., and the Roofers and Waterproofers Local 40 in San Francisco, and Local 81 in Oakland. Since 1960, our Apprenticeship Program has provided training for all the apprentices working in the Industry.
